He Refused to Blow the Breathalyzer, He Was Fined 192 Thousand 800 TL

In İnegöl district of Bursa, a total administrative fine of 192 thousand 800 TL was imposed on the driver who refused to blow the breathalyzer under police control and was determined to be driving without a license and without inspection. His vehicle was pulled into the parking lot. Hüseyin İ. on Mimar Sinan Boulevard, Kemalpaşa District.

The cargo motorcycle under his control was stopped by police teams. Suspecting that the driver might be drunk, the teams called traffic police to the scene. Traffic teams tried to persuade Hüseyin İ. to blow the breathalyzer for about half an hour.

However, the driver refused to blow the breathalyzer despite all warnings. During the check, it was determined that Hüseyin İ. had been charged with drunk driving 3 times before. The driver was imposed an administrative fine of 150 thousand TL for refusing to blow the breathalyzer, 40 thousand TL for driving without a license, and 2 thousand 800 TL for driving without inspection, totaling 192 thousand 800 TL. After completing the procedures, the cargo motorcycle was taken to the parking lot with the help of a tow truck.
