Ensar Aytekin, Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu and Zeynel Emre took on the same responsibilities in the Yeni Party after their duties in CHP.

New Party Chairman Özgür Özel convened the Party Assembly at the Anatolian Club on July 25 and formed the party's first Central Executive Board. Unlike the MYK during the CHP Chairmanship period, Özel preferred a management consisting of a more limited number of people this time. However, at the 1st Ordinary Congress, defined as the "political establishment" of the party, it is planned to make comprehensive changes, including the program and statute, together with the party management staff.

Istanbul Deputy Yunus Emre was appointed as the General Secretary of the New Party Central Executive Board. Balıkesir Deputy Ensar Aytekin became the Deputy Chairman Responsible for Organizations, Çanakkale Deputy Özgür Ceylan became the Deputy Chairman Responsible for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Bilecik Deputy Yaşar Tüzün became the Deputy Chairman Responsible for Local Governments. Muğla Deputy Gizem Özcan was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Legal and Election Affairs, Bursa Deputy Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Foreign Organizations, and Eskişehir Deputy Utku Çakırözer was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Media.
