ZayNews is a source-attributed news-brief terminal — not a newspaper, not a photo agency, and not a licensed republisher of third-party articles. We publish very short briefs (as a rule, at most about 10% of the source word count and at most 80 words), written from the publisher’s RSS title and description — not a scraped full article. Each brief always displays the original outlet name with a prominent outbound link to the full story.

The same brief may appear in up to 13 interface languages. That is a translation of our brief, not a translation or republication of the source article. Briefs are short overviews so readers can decide whether to open the original report. They are not a substitute for the source article.

You may read, share links to our pages, and use optional features (bookmarks, preferences, notifications) for personal, non-abusive purposes.

You may not scrape, bulk-mirror, or rebrand our site as your own news product; attempt to disrupt the service; or use the service to break applicable law.

ZayNews branding, site design, and our original editorial wording in briefs are protected as applicable. Third-party trademarks and outlet names remain the property of their owners and appear for attribution.

Images or embeds shown with a story typically remain hosted by the original outlet or a trusted media host; they are not sold by ZayNews as standalone stock. A hotlink display is not a licence to the photograph.

Briefs are provided “as is” for general information. They may be incomplete or contain errors. Always verify important facts on the linked original source. ZayNews is not liable for decisions you make based solely on a brief.
