🇹🇷 TürkiyeAselsan VLF Systems Enter NATO Service

ASELSAN's very low frequency (VLF) communication systems, developed for NATO's Communication and Information Agency, have entered service within the alliance. The critical systems were integrated into NATO's Wireless Monitoring Equipment infrastructure. The modernization, completed ahead of the planned schedule, is intended to strengthen NATO's communication and operational capabilities while enhancing defense and deterrence against maritime threats.
The project also serves as an important reference for ASELSAN in developing new collaborations with NATO and other international organizations. The modernization of the critical infrastructure used to monitor NATO's broadcasts over the VLF communication system was carried out, increasing the system's operational capability and creating a more reliable, sustainable, and effective communication infrastructure. The project, executed by ASELSAN, was successfully completed ahead of schedule, with acceptance tests and user training also completed successfully.
The work was carried out in close coordination with NATO authorities, and it was stated that all of NATO's technical and operational needs were fully met. The modernization aims to strengthen NATO's maritime security and is expected to support defense and deterrence capabilities against maritime threats. This achievement by ASELSAN within NATO constitutes a strong reference for new collaborations and projects the company will develop with NATO and other international organizations, once again demonstrating its systems in NATO's critical communication infrastructure on an international scale.
