A statement was made on DMM's NSosyal account regarding the posts in some media outlets and social media platforms stating that "Greece is obstructing Türkiye's various missile and defense ammunition procurement processes through diplomatic initiatives and secret moves. In the statement, which pointed out that the allegations in question were completely unrealistic, the following was noted: "Thanks to the domestic and national production vision it has adopted in the field of defense industry, the Republic of Turkey meets a large part of its need for critical ammunition, missiles and defense systems with its own resources.

Procurement and cooperation processes carried out from international markets also proceed smoothly and uninterruptedly in line with interstate legal agreements and strategic planning. Such news, which appears from time to time in the press or third-party sources, are speculative disinformation activities aimed at manipulating public opinion and creating an unfounded perception."
