Hisense, which started its official operations in Turkey as of 2026, expanded its product range in the air conditioning category. The company launched the Hi-Smart, Max Comfort and Energy Pro X series, which appeal to different price segments, in Turkey. Common features of the three series include remote control via the ConnectLife mobile application, Wi-Fi connection, R32 refrigerant and DC inverter technology.
While the Hi-Smart and Max Comfort series come with 12,000, 18,000 and 24,000 BTU capacity options, Energy Pro X, positioned in the premium segment, offers 12,000 and 18,000 BTU options. Hi-Smart comes with four different sleep modes. Hisense's Hi-Smart series, which is positioned at a more accessible level, can be controlled via a smartphone thanks to the ConnectLife application.
The four-way automatic air direction system, powered by independent motors, helps distribute cold air more evenly in the room. The series also has a rapid cooling feature that allows the air conditioner to operate at maximum power with a single button. Offering four different sleep modes: Standard, Elderly, Young and Child, the models also have a system that allows the indoor unit to clean itself.
Max Comfort can operate silently up to 19 dB. The Max Comfort series stands out with its silent operation and ease of installation. In the 25 and 35 capacity models of the series, operating sound can be reduced to 19 dB(A).
Compatible with both single split and multi split systems, the models aim to facilitate the installation process with their detachable body structure and easy mounting bracket. Hi-Checker 3.0 infrastructure is used for technical monitoring and service operations. Energy Pro X detects the user's location.
Energy Pro One of the most striking features of the model is Smart Eye technology. Using an infrared sensor, the system can detect the user's position in the room and adjust the air flow accordingly. While Follow Mode sends air in the direction of the user, Avoid Direct Blow Mode prevents the airflow from hitting the person directly.
TMS Control technology optimizes indoor conditions by evaluating data such as temperature, humidity, air flow and user location. The power and capacity statistics of Energy Pro Hisense plans to further expand its air conditioning product range in Turkey in the coming period and offer new solutions for different user needs.
