Sultan Mecid Education Center and Masjid, used by the Turkish community in Dublin, the capital of Ireland, was attacked by a far-right group. A far-right person who tried to enter the Sultan Mecid Education Center and Mosque, which is used as a worship and cultural center by the Turkish community in Dublin, the capital of Ireland, during Friday prayers punched the security guard who did not allow them. Security guards did not allow the far-right group, who wanted to enter the center during the Friday prayer on Friday, July 24, because the prayer was continuing.

In the argument that ensued, one of the people in the group punched the Turkish security guard at the entrance of the mosque. It was stated that the attackers recorded the moments of the incident on their mobile phones and later shared the images on social media. While the incident was prevented from escalating with the intervention of the mosque's security guards and the surrounding people, the Sultan Mecid Education Center and Masjid officials located in the Hardwicke Lane area filed a criminal complaint against the attackers.
