The National Intelligence Organization (MİT) added a new one to the historical documents it published under the 'Special Collection' tab on its official website. The document, dated 27 August 1933 and bearing the phrase 'will be opened in person', is an example of the activities of the D (Technical Support) Branch of the National Security Service Presidency (MAH) in opening envelopes and deciphering secret letters. In the letter sent to Istanbul B Head Office, it is stated that a letter coming from mailbox number 230 was opened by the D. Branch with the specified procedure, that the first page of the two-page letter was partially lost because an attempt was made on the first page, and that the readable parts and the translation of the second page were sent as an attachment.

Since the letter has the signature 'Lüsi', it is stated that its owner may be Lucci Vidman. Additionally, when it is necessary to apply chemical treatment to the letters coming from this box, it is recommended to use a mixture of 10 grams of perchloride de fer (ferric chloride) and 90 grams of maimukattar (distilled water). In the note, it is stated that the mixture should be placed in a bathtub and the paper should be processed like photographic paper, and that applying it with a brush does not give good results.
