This vision aims to make users' daily digital interactions more fluid and voice-focused.

OpenAI aims to create an artificial intelligence assistant similar to Jarvis in the Iron Man movie, through advanced voice interfaces such as ChatGPT Live. It is planned that this assistant will not only stay within ChatGPT but also have control over computers and other applications. Brockman states that manual operations performed by people using keyboard and mouse are an era and artificial intelligence will take over this process.

The company is in the process of developing new APIs to bring these capabilities to wearable devices. While existing smart glasses generally offer limited interactions, OpenAI is focusing on comprehensive integrations that will change this situation. Since wearable devices have different interface requirements than phones and laptops, special solutions that can run in the background need to be developed.

Currently, although platforms such as Gemini have begun to enter the world of smart glasses, giants such as OpenAI and Anthropic do not yet offer direct user account access in this field. To fill this gap, OpenAI aims to collaborate with hardware manufacturers and popularize its own APIs. Brockman emphasizes that the hardware they have developed will provide a solution to a neglected problem and represent the general direction of artificial intelligence. Industry reports indicate that the company's first hardware could be a speaker with a semi-robotic camera. It is also among the discussed details that this device may include optical identification systems such as World ID. While the company develops its own hardware, it continues to open services for wearable devices.
