It is considered that automatically reducing the speed of a vehicle traveling at high speed, especially on the highway, due to a sudden decrease in the speed limit, may lead to accidents. It is not yet clear when the draft law will come into force. Warning from the expert Advanced Driving Safety Expert Tülay Korkmaz stated that smart transportation systems aim to increase traffic safety and made the following assessment: We are now talking about smart vehicles, smart roads and smart cities.
