Alo 193 Joint Damage Reporting Center was established

Alo 193 Common Damage Reporting Center (OHİM), which integrates all insurance companies, was established to enable citizens to submit damage reports easily and quickly through a single center. According to the statement made by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK), the first four articles of the five-item action plan prepared by the institution to minimize value loss disputes within the scope of traffic insurance and eliminate abuses related to these disputes have been implemented successively. Within the scope of the fifth article of the action plan, "Alo 193 OHİM", where all insurance companies are integrated, was established to enable citizens to easily and quickly submit damage notifications through a single center.

Following the completion of technical preparations, OHİM, which will be operational as of September 1, will initially start accepting damage applications related to traffic and motor insurance. In addition to reporting damage, citizens will be able to complain to SEDDK about illegal structures that disturb and victimize them after the damage, using the Alo 193 line.
