Peralta Has Long Professed Admiration for Adolf Hitler

On July 31, outside Morocco's embassy in Madrid, she made the salute during a demonstration against the mass influx of Moroccan migrants into Ceuta. That same day, Madrid's high court upheld her one-year prison sentence for inciting discrimination and hatred, handed down the previous year after another rally at the same embassy. The protest, called by the Falange Española de las JONS, a fascist-leaning party founded in 1976, drew several nationalist groups, including Núcleo Nacional, with which Peralta is linked. The demonstration came after tens of thousands of migrants flooded into the Spanish enclave between July 30 and 31, sparking a fresh migration crisis between Morocco and Spain.
