Turkey's General Directorate of Maritime Affairs reported that the Ro-Ro vessel NADEZHDA, attacked by a drone in the Black Sea, had 22 crew members, including 13 Turkish citizens, and that Russian naval units safely evacuated them to Novorossiysk Port. The ship, en route from Novorossiysk to Samsun, was hit about 20 nautical miles offshore, sustaining damage to its living quarters and bow, with the fire still burning. Initial reports indicate three crew members may be in serious condition, and rescue operations are suspended due to the ongoing drone threat.
