Muhammet T. (22) Began Struggling in the Water Shortly After Entering

A 22-year-old man drowned after entering the sea despite a swimming ban in Kocaeli, Turkey. The incident occurred at Sardala Cove in the Pınarlı neighborhood of Kandıra district, where swimming had been prohibited due to unfavorable conditions. Muhammet T. (22) began struggling in the water shortly after entering.

Witnesses alerted the Coast Guard and the Kocaeli Beaches Water Accident Prevention Center (KOSKEM) teams.
