Six of the 27 People Initially Detained in the Investigation Were Released Following Their Processing at the Gendarmerie

Twenty-one suspects have been referred to court in Antalya, Turkey, as part of an investigation into allegations that state-owned properties were illegally transferred to certain individuals without meeting the conditions required by law. The suspects were brought to the Antalya Courthouse under heavy security after their procedures at the Kemer District Gendarmerie Command were completed. Six of the 27 people initially detained in the investigation were released following their processing at the gendarmerie.

The investigation, led by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, centers on the district of Kemer. On August 25, simultaneous operations were carried out at 21 addresses across Antalya, Adana, Burdur, Isparta, and Nevşehir. During the operations, 27 suspects were detained, including national real estate personnel, a land registry director, current and former neighborhood headmen, and civilians.

Among the suspects are Kemer District Land Registry Director A.K., Kemer Aspendos National Real Estate Director E.G.K., and acting deputy director of the Kemer National Real Estate Directorate, S.Y. As part of the investigation, protective and seizure measures have been applied to bank accounts, properties, and other assets linked to the suspects to prevent them from being transferred. For some state-owned properties, records have been created to cancel sales and prevent transfers, and interim injunction orders have been implemented in filed lawsuits for the cancellation of land titles and registration.
