The job description includes tracking food and flavor trends across global markets, surfacing what's culturally relevant and socially resonant, reporting on what people are eating, drinking, sharing, and talking about, capturing content from tasting in a way that feels native to social, acting as Dr. Bombay's eyes and ears on the ground, contributing ideas for flavor inspiration and marketing concepts, and joining check-ins with the team to discuss findings. Requirements include a deep interest in food, culture, and trend discovery, strong social instincts, comfort writing up simple findings, and being outgoing and curious. The essential requirement is the ability to perform sensory evaluations (taste, aroma, texture) of dairy-based ice cream products.

The role requires speaking English, with additional languages a plus. Interest in entrepreneurship, brand-building, or product creation is a bonus. The position is a three-month fixed-term independent contractor engagement, open to non-traditional applicants and creators.
