In Istanbul, authorities seized 25.5 kilograms of gold belonging to two companies as part of an investigation into the laundering of illegal gambling proceeds. The operation, carried out under an investigation led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, targeted Dinamik Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ and Dinamik Menkul Değerler AŞ. According to the preliminary expert report prepared on the seized gold, the total value of the 25.5 kilograms was determined to be 179 million 520 thousand Turkish liras.

The instant value of the 12.5 kilograms of gold belonging to Dinamik Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ was found to be 88 million liras, while the 13 kilograms belonging to Dinamik Menkul Değerler AŞ was valued at 91 million 520 thousand liras. The exact value of the gold will be determined following an examination to be conducted by experts at the Istanbul Gold Refinery. After that, registration procedures will be carried out with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Judicial Custody Unit.
