Germany, Rheinhessen • 99 kr • Organic • 75 cl • 13% • SB 2031801 • 85/100. A gem from Rheinhessen that has made it into the regular assortment with a summery, lively pinot gris. Incredibly refreshing with cooling fruit and acidity that makes you crave a heat wave.
A find for all the thirsty, with a price tag that screams house wine. Bosquets Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Ségure 2025. France, Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages • 159 kr • 75 cl • 14.5% • TS 9513401 • 87/100. Keep the grill out! There's no need to put away the chance of a lovely grilled salad with flank steak and corn on the cob.
Meet it with a fruit-dense Côtes-du-Rhône that smells of lavender, bay leaf, licorice and, of course, a little grill smoke. 9,000 bottles were released on August 21. Grenache, syrah, mourvedre and cinsaut in a dark-fruited style lightened by cooling lavender and sage. Etna is the region on many people's lips, and the white wines are starting to take up more space. Sand between the toes. And of course a cooling, mineral sauvignon blanc from the coastal area of Darling in South Africa. Gooseberry, lime, grass and lemon in a balanced key.

Then you have half the solution here. A super-Tuscan light made from sangiovese, malvasia nera and cabernet sauvignon.
Clean, clear cherry fruit with fine oak structure and acidity, perfect for your best pizza margherita. 2,400 bottles are released on August 28. Bernardbeleva Navaherreros Garnacha 2024. Spain, Madrid • 216 kr • 75 cl • 14.5% • TS 9203801 • 89/100. One of the producers hardest hit by the forest fires outside Madrid. A fine showcase of the garnacha grape from the Gredos mountains.
7,200 bottles are released on September 4. Chile, Valle del Itata • 219 kr • 75 cl • 13% • TS 9257101 • 85/100. How about a look back at all those balmy summer evenings at bustling wine bars? Pino Román's orange wine captures the moment with a wine that both gives and takes. Aromatic, floral fruit with orange peel and ginger.

White wines from Austria are almost always good value. This wine also plays in a higher division, where structure, minerality and length impress.
Dry, crisp acidity with sophisticated fruit that moves in the subconscious. 840 bottles are released on August 28. Terreno Chianti Classico Riserva Le Bonille 2021. Italy, Tuscany • 259 kr • Organic • 75 cl • 14.5% • 88/100 • TS 9037301. Wine from Swedish Terreno with winemaker Sofia Runhe at the helm. Le Bonille is an age-worthy riserva that will develop nicely in bottle over the coming years, or you can decant it properly tonight while the grill is hot.
