The Turkish, Greek, Norwegian and Slovak Champions All Won Their Playoff Second Legs on Thursday Night in Türkiye

Fenerbahçe, AEK Athens, Viking and Slovan Bratislava are the last four teams to qualify for the 2026-27 Champions League league phase, completing the 36-team field ahead of Friday's draw in Monaco. The Turkish, Greek, Norwegian and Slovak champions all won their playoff second legs on Thursday night. Fenerbahçe beat Lyon 2-1 away, AEK Athens thrashed Levski Sofia 4-0, Viking defeated GNk Dinamo 3-1, and Celje lost 2-1 after extra time to Slovan Bratislava.

The draw for the league phase takes place on Friday from 6pm local time in the Principality of Monaco. Italy will be represented by four clubs: Inter, Napoli, Roma and Como. This is the first season of the new 36-team format, replacing the traditional 32-team group stage.
