Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson announced that one suspect has been taken into custody following an incident. The shooting occurred around 6 p.m. local time (0100 GMT on Monday) during the annual Bite of Seattle festival, which attracts hundreds of food vendors, stalls, and performers.
