Shara Said That President Erdogan Acted As a Mediator to Lift the Sanctions

Syrian President Ahmed Shara said that Saudi Arabia and Türkiye attempted to mediate on the lifting of sanctions against Syria last year, and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also stepped in on this issue with the USA. Syrian President Ahmed Al Shara once again drew attention to Türkiye's role in the process of lifting sanctions against his country. These sanctions were imposed due to crimes committed by the previous regime. However, it did not make sense for the Syrian people, who had liberated themselves from the deposed regime, to continue to be subjected to these sanctions.
