Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military ship and vessels involved in transporting military cargo from Iran in the Caspian Sea. According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on Facebook. He stated that Ukraine continues to impose long-range sanctions in response to Russian strikes.

Last night, the Defense Forces struck targets across various regions of Russia that are supporting this war. "Once again, a plant in Kirov was struck – the one supplying components for the weapons Russia uses to attack our people. That's about 1,200 kilometers from Ukraine's border, Zelensky said.

The Defense Forces also struck an oil refinery in Tyumen, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg, and a fuel and lubricants depot in Rostov-on-Don. "We also achieved very strong results with long‑range strikes in the Caspian Sea – including vessels used in military cargo shipments involving Iran, as well as a warship, the president emphasized. As reported by Ukrinform, Russia's largest oil port on the Black Sea, Sheskharis, has not been loading oil onto tankers over the past few days following attacks by Ukrainian drones in the area.
