The TJRJ page has already had 3,200 requests for protective measures in 2026. On April 20, 2022, the young woman was lured by criminals to Praia do Dentinho, in Praia Seca, and shot. According to the complaint, in addition to Natanael and Luiz Henrique, João Vítor Fernandes dos Santos and Ricardo Santos Oliveira were also involved in the crime. Leader of the faction that dominates drug trafficking in the Corte region, in Praia Seca, Ricardo planned the singer's death because he suspected that Aline Borel passed information to the militia that disputed criminal dominance of that area. For the Civil Police and the Public Ministry of the state of Rio de Janeiro, it was executed by mistake.
The trial session began on Thursday (23) and ended in the early hours of this Friday, (24), at the Araruama Criminal Court. "Legion of fans" Judge Eric Baracho Dore Fernandes, who presided over the session, wrote in the sentence about the spontaneity of Aline Borel, who became known on social media after publishing videos singing songs of her own. “Aline Borel was a person loved by countless fans and followers, known for her innocent and spontaneous manner in the countless auditorium programs she participated in and videos she starred in on social networks.”
