Wasp causes serious traffic accident on the road near Zutphen

Two cars and a truck collided in a traffic accident on the N348 near Zutphen. One of the motorists was rushed to hospital. The reason for the accident was a wasp that had flown into one of the vehicles, writes Omroep Gelderland.
The accident happened around 2:20 p.m. The driver was distracted by the wasp in her car. The woman therefore ended up on the wrong side of the road and hit a truck coming from Warnsveld.
The truck then left the road and collided with a car with a trailer, which was driving from the direction of the Pol Bridge. Ambulance personnel rushed the driver of the red car to hospital. A recovery company towed the vehicles away.
