Di Benedetto had a lot of nice things to say about this model in his October 2025 review.
He praised the capabilities of its Arm-based processor, which is uncommon for a Chromebook review, as well as its day-plus battery life. The Spin 514 is great to use as a laptop, with a tactile keyboard and satisfying mechanical trackpad, but its 14-inch 1920 x 1200 120Hz IPS touchscreen can bend backwards to be used as a tablet.
