CMB approved the public offering of 2 companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the public offering applications of Quick Sigorta AŞ and Bewen Enerji AŞ. According to the CMB weekly bulletin, the Board approved the public offering of shares with a nominal value of 48 million 312 thousand 950 liras at a fixed price of 76.60 liras, within the scope of increasing the capital of Quick Sigorta AŞ from 433 million 300 thousand liras to 481 million 612 thousand 950 liras through a paid capital increase. The Board approved Bewen Enerji AŞ's public offering application, which includes a capital increase of 56 million lira within the scope of increasing its capital from 261 million lira to 317 million lira and the sale of shares with a nominal value of 24 million lira belonging to the existing partners.

Ecogreen Enerji Holding AŞ was allowed to issue foreign debt instruments worth USD 300 million. According to the bulletin, Şekerbank TAŞ's asset-backed securities issuance of 250 million dollars, KT Sukuk Varlık Kiralama AŞ's 5 billion lira, Halk Varlık Kiralama AŞ's 3 billion lira, Tera Varlık Kiralama AŞ's 12 billion lira and GY Varlık Kiralama AŞ's 3 billion lira lease certificate issuance ceiling applications were also approved.
