Turkey's Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır announced financing support of up to 30 million Turkish liras for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through loans with 36-month maturities, aimed at boosting their production capacity.
In a statement on his social media account, Kacır said applications have opened for the third term of the Capacity Development Support Program, run by KOSGEB, Turkey's SME development organization. We are increasing the production power and competitiveness of our SMEs and growing their investments. We are launching applications for the 2026 third term of the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program, providing financing of up to 30 million liras with 36-month loans, 20 points of financing support, and collateral opportunities, Kacır said. He added that projects in the defense, space, and aviation sectors aimed at supplier development will be supported with up to 30 million liras, while projects from fast-growing businesses or those with techno-entrepreneurship badges will receive up to 20 million liras.
