DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan Has Issued a Statement Regarding the Future Party's Decision to End Its Political Activities

In a statement on his social media account, Babacan said: "We respect the decision taken at the congress held today by the Future Party to end its political activities and terminate the party's legal entity. "Since its establishment, the Future Party has put up a struggle that will be remembered with appreciation on democracy, the rule of law, political ethics, a strengthened parliamentary system, and freedoms, Babacan said. "The labor and effort put forth by our friends, with whom we have been fighting together under the Yeni Yol umbrella since the beginning of 2025, is above all appreciation, he added.

"On this occasion, we thank all members of the Future Party's organization, deputies, administrators, members, and volunteers, especially Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, who have worked since its establishment, for their struggle for democracy, Babacan concluded. The Future Party has been officially dissolved, ending its political activities.
