🇺🇸 United StatesQuebec to Crack Down on Hells Angels Colors; Teen Arrested in Montreal

Quebec is set to crack down on Hells Angels members wearing their colors, as a decree will be published in the province's official gazette for ten days before police can begin intervening. After that period, members of the criminal biker gang spotted wearing their vest or any jewelry or insignia displaying their affiliation could be stopped by police anywhere in Quebec and issued an on-the-spot ticket. An officer will demand the member remove the vest and jewelry; if they refuse, the biker could be arrested and the items seized.
Meanwhile, Canadian and American negotiators resumed talks Friday to finalize a trade deal and avoid new tariffs on hundreds of Canadian products taking effect overnight. The discussions come as the two countries work to reach an agreement before the deadline. In Montreal, a teenager described as an "extremist" by police was arrested Friday morning in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough.
The adolescent, whose age and name were not released, was taken into custody at his parents' home. Police said he was planning an attack on a school with the help of artificial intelligence.
