Ali B speaker at entrepreneurial event despite conviction for rape

He will be one of the main guests at the Missing Pieces networking event at The Harbor Club on Thursday. The 44-year-old B will not perform as a rapper, but will speak under his full name Ali Bouali about "why most entrepreneurs do not break through, despite their talent", according to the event's website.

In a response to RTL Boulevard, the lawyer of one of B's victims said that "as long as the sentence is not irrevocable, he can do this", although his client is indignant about it.
