🇹🇷 TürkiyeIstanbul's Bağcılar District Turned Deadly When a Man Shot His Neighbor and the Neighbor's Son-in-law Early Tuesday Morning in Türkiye

Hakkı Tekdemir (48) opened fire on Bilal Berber (53) and Kemal Yıldırım (24) after an argument over noise escalated, leaving both men seriously wounded and hospitalized. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in an apartment building in the Fatih neighborhood. According to reports, Berber left his apartment to confront Tekdemir, who lives on the floor below, about the noise.
The argument quickly escalated, and Tekdemir pulled out a handgun and shot Berber. Hearing the gunshots, Berber's son-in-law, Kemal Yıldırım, came out into the building and was also shot by Tekdemir. Berber was hit in the chest, while Yıldırım sustained wounds to the head and back.
Both collapsed in a pool of blood as Tekdemir fled the scene. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the address after the shooting. The injured men received first aid at the scene before being rushed to the hospital by ambulance, where their conditions were reported as critical.
Investigators from the Asayiş Bureau reviewed security camera footage and apprehended Tekdemir. It was confirmed that both victims were shot with the gun fired by the suspect, who remains in police custody as procedures continue.
