🇹🇷 TürkiyeTurkey's Personal Data Protection Authority Has Ruled That a Bank Must Hand Over a Phone Call Recording to an Employee Who Was Insulted
The authority's decision came after the bank employee requested the call recording to pursue legal action over the insults directed at them during the call with the customer. The bank had previously rejected the employee's request, prompting the employee to seek recourse with the KVKK. The KVKK found the bank's refusal to be unfair and ordered that the recording be provided to the employee.
