Aslıhan Moralı, a Canadian of Turkish descent, was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026 at a pageant held in Windsor, Ontario. Representing the Ancaster region, she took first place and earned the right to compete for Canada at the international Miss Universe 2026 competition. Following the August 8 event, Moralı took to social media to share her joy, saying that winning the pageant had long been her dream.

Referring to the organization's 75-year history, she noted that her family came to Canada with two suitcases to build a new life and that she had fulfilled her childhood dream. After the competition, Moralı responded to congratulatory messages from her Turkish followers and expressed gratitude for their support.
