Ceren Albayrak, Who Was Sitting in the Passenger Seat, Lost Her Life in the Crash in Türkiye

A car crash in Kırıkkale, Turkey, left one person dead and two others injured after the vehicle struck a lighting pole and flipped over. The accident occurred on Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard near the Kimeski neighborhood during the night. Ceren Albayrak, who was sitting in the passenger seat, lost her life in the crash.

The driver, identified only as Y.İ.T., and another passenger, Y.U., were injured in the incident. The car, with license plate 71 AER 835, was being driven by Y.İ.T. when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to hit the lighting pole and overturn. Following the accident, health, gendarmerie, and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Medical personnel confirmed Albayrak's death during initial checks at the site. The injured individuals were taken to a hospital by ambulance, while Albayrak's body was transported to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy after an examination at the scene. An investigation into the accident has been initiated. Kırıkkale is a province in central Turkey.
