Slipknot has parted ways with turntablist Sid Wilson after nearly 30 years, the band announced in a since-deleted social media post. "Effective immediately, Slipknot will no longer be associated with Sid Wilson, the post read, adding, "We wish him the best in his future endeavors. The announcement was shared by Stereogum on Friday, Aug. 14. Representatives for the band did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone's requests for comment.
