🇹🇷 TürkiyeGrand National Assembly Has Changed Following the Resignation of an Izmir Deputy and the Joining of a Kütahya Deputy to the New Path Party
Izmir Deputy Bilici's resignation caused the New Path Party to lose the 20-seat threshold required to maintain a parliamentary group. However, with Kütahya Deputy Kasap resigning from the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) and joining, the New Path Party regained its group status. The changes mean the party now meets the minimum number of lawmakers needed to form a parliamentary group in the assembly. The developments were reported by Anadolu Agency.
