🇹🇷 TürkiyeConstruction Is Currently Underway As Part of the Municipality's Investment in Critical Infrastructure for the Area in Türkiye

Manisa Metropolitan Municipality is building a multipurpose pond in the Kemer neighborhood of Salihli district, Turkey, to serve livestock farming, agricultural irrigation, and potential fire response. The pond is planned to hold approximately 25,000 cubic meters of water and is also intended to provide a water source for helicopters during fires. The project aims to address three different needs in the region, supporting both daily agricultural activities and emergency firefighting operations.
Construction is currently underway as part of the municipality's investment in critical infrastructure for the area. The pond's capacity is designed to ensure sufficient water supply for both routine use and crisis situations, enhancing the district's resilience against wildfires.
