KUST Meets Hyundai FC Engineers for Solar Car Tech Exchange in Seoul in South Korea

Kookmin University's solar car team KUST held a technical exchange session with engineers from Hyundai Motor's FC System Design Team 2 on August 7 at the university campus in Seoul, South Korea. The session was organized to receive technical advice on vehicle development as the team prepares for the World Solar Challenge, an international solar car competition scheduled for summer 2027 in Australia. The meeting was attended by eight Hyundai engineers led by team leader Park Jung-hee, along with KUST advisor Professor Shin Dong-hoon of Kookmin University. During the session, KUST students presented their current vehicle design direction, key technical elements, and competition preparation status to the Hyundai team.
