Ukrainian Drones Hit Moscow Region Oil Depot, Logistics Sites; 10 Wounded

A Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region on Monday night wounded at least 10 people, including a child, Russian authorities said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the drone strikes targeted an oil depot and logistics facilities in the Moscow region, which lies more than 400 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. The attack came after Russia launched ballistic missiles at Kyiv and following Ukrainian strikes on Wildberries warehouses that killed eight people.

Zelensky said: We are responding, with justice, to every Russian attack on our cities and communities. Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov reported that three Chinese citizens were among the wounded and that several private homes were damaged in Podolsk. One person was injured when a drone fell near a car on a highway.

The cities of Domodedovo and Odintsovo were also affected. Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer, evacuated its logistics center in Podolsk as a precaution but later resumed operations. Additionally, the governor of Belgorod reported one death and four injuries from a drone attack on a village near the border with Ukraine.
