Tencent Video Unveils 'Warrior Cats' Animated Series at Shenzhen Fan Event in China

Tencent Video unveiled the first footage and character artwork for its 'Warrior Cats' animated series during a fan meeting in Shenzhen, China. The event marked the first public look at the project's early animation and 3D character model. Series director Rodrigo Blaas appeared alongside Zhou Wang, head of Randong Studio Group and vice president of content production at Tencent Video, to present the material to fans.

The reveal included work-in-progress footage and a detailed 3D character model. The 'Warrior Cats' series is based on the popular book franchise by Erin Hunter, which follows the lives of feral cats organized into clans. Tencent Video's adaptation marks a significant expansion of the property into animation.
