The 45-year-old driver continued driving after the crash instead of stopping, according to police. The combine harvester driver later discovered the damaged car parked in the neighboring town of Möllenhagen. By that time, the woman was no longer at the scene but was identified by authorities.
A breathalyzer test administered to the woman showed an alcohol level of 2.56 per mille, more than five times the legal limit. Police also said she did not hold a valid driver's license. The damage to the woman's car was estimated at around 2,000 euros, while the extent of damage to the combine harvester has not yet been determined.
