The woman, identified only as Ms. A, was indicted without detention on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act. Prosecutors cited the lengthy period of the alleged offense, the excessive number of contacts, threatening messages posted on social media, and the victim's plea for severe punishment as grounds for the fine.
