South Korea: Easterly Winds Hitting Taebaek Mountains Expected to Create Rain Clouds

The Korea Meteorological Administration said Monday that rain will begin along the east coast on Tuesday, spreading to the southern coast of the Gyeongsang region and eastern inland areas by Wednesday afternoon. The easterly winds, hitting the Taebaek Mountains, are expected to create rain clouds. The agency added that the rain will be accompanied by strong winds and high waves along the coast.
