Man, 19, Held Over Chaining Girl, 13, in Locked Room

Police said the suspect, whose name has not been released, was taken into custody after the girl was found in a locked room at a property. Investigators allege the man lured the girl and then secured the room with a chain and padlock, preventing her from leaving. The girl was rescued and is receiving support.
