Blast Portable Party Speaker, Designed for Outdoor Use With a 220W Sound Output and Up to 36 Hours of Battery Life on a Single Charge

The speaker is expected to hit global markets starting this month. The xboom Blast delivers a maximum output of 220W when plugged into a power source and 210W on battery. Its audio system includes two 5.25-inch neodymium woofers and two 20mm tweeters manufactured by Danish audio brand Peerless.

The speaker also features LG's Signature Sound tuning, developed in collaboration with will.i.am, along with virtual sound field technology, RGB ambient lighting, and support for wirelessly pairing multiple Blast speakers. One of the standout features is its replaceable 99Wh battery, which provides up to 36 hours of playback per charge. The swappable design eliminates the need to recharge the device during extended use.

Built for outdoor conditions, the xboom Blast carries an IP68 dust and water resistance rating and has passed seven military-grade durability tests. It also includes AI-powered sound adjustment and Space Calibration Pro technology, which analyzes the surrounding acoustics to regulate audio output. LG has not yet announced pricing for the xboom Blast.
