🇮🇳 IndiaGupta Re-appointed to Shree Renuka Sugars Board, Subject to Shareholder Approval

The re-appointment of Gupta to the board of Shree Renuka Sugars is subject to shareholder approval, and he will be liable to retire by rotation, with all other terms of his appointment remaining as approved by shareholders at the company’s 29th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2025.
Gupta said, I am grateful for the continued confidence and trust of the Board and look forward to contributing to the company’s next phase of growth. There is a lot to build on, and I remain fully committed to creating long-term value for the company and its stakeholders. Gupta, also a board member, is a well-known expert in the sugar and ethanol industry, bringing over 30 years of experience across trading, supply chain and manufacturing in commodity businesses.
He has worked at both strategic and operational levels with leading global commodity companies such as Louis Dreyfus, COFCO and AWB in senior leadership roles. He has been associated with Shree Renuka Sugars since 2013 and also headed India operations of global trading firm Noble (now COFCO).
