White House Has Begun Issuing the First Tariff Refunds, Totaling $100 Billion to Importing Companies, After the Supreme Court Ruled the Use

The ruling found the 1977 law, which allows the president to act in emergencies, was improperly used for tariff collection. Consumers remain excluded from these reimbursements.
