Ovakışla Town, Ahlat District, Bitlis Province, Turkey, and Was Captured on Workers' Cell Phone Cameras

The dense dust column rose from the ground, spun under the wind's effect, and quickly grew into a giant whirlwind. No injuries or damage were reported. The whirlwind dissipated shortly after, leaving behind striking footage. The incident occurred at a construction site in Ovakışla town, Ahlat district, Bitlis province.
