🇪🇸 SpainSpain: Following the Arrival of Altay Bayindir and Hugo González's Promotion to the First Team, Celta Has No Free Squad Spots

With three weeks left in the transfer window, Celta Vigo still has six or seven moves to make, as the club looks to offload transfer-listed players, secure a major sale, and make room for new signings. Following the arrival of Altay Bayindir and Hugo González's promotion to the first team, Celta has no free squad spots left. The Galician club currently has 25 first-team players plus two reserve-team players—Jones El-Abdellaoui and Yoel Lago—training with the senior squad.
Special attention is on Ilaix Moriba as the potential big sale of the summer. Meanwhile, four players are transfer-listed: Carles Pérez, Manu Fernández, Carlos Domínguez, and Matías Vecino. As for incomings, besides the already-announced winger they're pursuing, a midfield reinforcement could arrive if Moriba and Vecino depart, though youth products Burcio and Antañón are set to gain prominence.
These six or seven moves would add to the ten already completed by Celta's sporting department this summer, including four signings, Hugo González's promotion, and five loan exits. Coach Claudio Giráldez will start LaLiga this Sunday at Balaídos against Osasuna with a squad still under construction.
