Hospital Reports Freezer Machine Failure in Earlier Embryo Incident

The San Raffaele hospital's PMA (medically assisted procreation) center reported that a machine containing eggs in a freezer burned out. This incident predates the July 23 case, when a woman was implanted with another couple's embryo. While the earlier episode is considered less severe than last month's, it casts a further shadow over the facility's operations. The hospital stated, Si era bruciata la macchina che li conteneva nel congelatore, meaning the machine that contained them in the freezer had burned out.
